Atul was trying to enter Brazilian market in the crop care segment, and they had no entity or office established. To operate locally their expectation was to on-board a local national only. This was the very first time Atul was recruiting a foreign national and they were highly unsure of the success of this search. KNR accepted this search and the challenge of finding a resource capable and experienced from the top 4 MNC’s operating in Brazil in the crop care segment. Our focus was not just finding a highly capable resource to lead the country operations but someone who could align himself with the Business Head of International operations and the MD himself. We played an imperative role in aligning the cultural expectations of both the client and the candidate and the search was successfully closed amongst the very first set of 4 candidates and a total timeline of 3 months.

With very restricted job search parameters, finding diversity talent for this role was challenging and key was to
evaluate diversity who is open to international role and can accept cross country reporting and stakeholder

and comfortable with regular travelling.
Niche
AMANN retained us to recruit Managing Director for China and the mandatory requirement was to on-board a Chinese National and target leaders from the 4 direct competitors only. Considering language barriers and very limited pool of talent to approach, we used headhunting as the approach and mapped out all the leadership of the 4 companies. After reviewing, meeting, and selecting the potential candidates, KNR also supported in active negotiations and closed the search successfully. For MD Hong Kong we were to hire a Gender Diversity candidate with European ethnicity. This role’s major highlight was managing Large European Key Accounts from Hong Kong. The search was focussed around the textile and fashion industry operating from HK and closed successfully with a young diversity candidate hailing from Italy willing to relocate to HK.
Urban Company was entering the KSA market and was looking to recruit a Marketing Head with strict specifications like a Saudi National with working experience within the KSA region in B2C Marketing. After 2 months of search, the mandate was successfully closed considering KSA is a difficult market to convert talent especially if the company is new in the market and the local population in KSA has recently started adopting the working culture.
Pidilite had small presence in local countries within Africa. While hiring for a Country Head in Nigeria the search was changed several times and it was concluded to hire a Nigerian national for operating successfully in the market. With cultural expectations aligned together, business plans and future outlook ready, we were able to successfully close the role with a local national from global fmcg company and completed his On-Boarding here in India HQ’s.
