Atul was trying to enter Brazilian market in the crop care segment, and they had no entity or office established. To operate locally their expectation was to on-board a local national only. This was the very first time Atul was recruiting a foreign national and they were highly unsure of the success of this search. KNR accepted this search and the challenge of finding a resource capable and experienced from the top 4 MNC’s operating in Brazil in the crop care segment. Our focus was not just finding a highly capable resource to lead the country operations but someone who could align himself with the Business Head of International operations and the MD himself.
