Global HSE Successor role – European Speciality Chemical Company

We were involved in mapping senior HSE talent for the organization covering target geographies; China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Germany focussing on 7 major industries.

Challenges: A spreadsheet of market data for over 170 relevant candidates was extremely difficult to analyse and compare. Data exceeded the expectations of hiring managers and they were looking at shortlisting quickly instead this data was incomparable.

Solution: A final draft of the mapping was proposed by KNR which included 34 candidates in a record TAT of 15 days which included information about the language proficiency considering Mandarin was mandatory and global exposure was a prerequisite for this role within the manufacturing space.

Successor to MD in India – European Chemical Corporation

This was a confidential project to map the possible talent that could succeed the existing MD who was retiring in the next few months.

Challenges: Identifying a successor from a non-competition product line within the chemicals space. Someone young and a dynamic leader not exceeding the age bracket of 50 years.

Solution: Mapped the entire speciality chemicals space in 2 weeks with young achievers in the industry who have managed complex business units as a leader and came from manufacturing and operations backhand experience.
